Last day to register for Mountain Trails' 'Tour des Suds'

PARK CITY, Utah – Today is the final day to register for the Mountain Trails Foundation annual festive bike race, the ‘Tour des Suds’. The Tour des Suds, held on September 11th, is a 7 mile mountain bike climb beginning at City Park. Participants are encouraged to don ‘festive’ costumes and celebrate the beginning of the fall mountain bike season in a spirited manner.

While festive, the Tour des Suds is also competitive, and is a legit mountain bike race. The race starts in town at City Park, and racers will then climb 2,700 feet up to the finish line at the top of Guardsman Pass. Prizes are given out to the winners of each event, and all participants receive a pair of socks and a lunch.

To register, please refer to the Tour des Suds website. Costs are $40 for racers 18+, $15 for children aged 12-17, and free for kids under the age of twelve. Registration ends tonight at midnight, so make sure to register for the most festive race of the year!
