Summit Bike Share goes live April 21

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — Summit Bike Share is planning to open its system earlier than ever on April 21.

You can find bike stations across Park City and in the Snyderville Basin (map). There are also stations in Jeremy Ranch, Round Valley, and at the Summit County Courthouse on Justice Center Rd.

To use Summit Bike Share:

$3.50 per ride and per bike. The first 30 minutes are included.

Access to the system for 1 month, dock every 45 mins, one bike per phone — $32.15

Residents access for 1 year, dock every 90 mins, one bike per membership — $96.44

  1. Purchase a membership on the website, mobile app, or directly at a station kiosk.
  2. Unlock a bike using the mobile app or by tapping your membership card on the handlebars.
  3. Keep your ride under the allotted time to avoid incurring extra time fees ($0.18 per minute plus taxes).
  4. You can dock the bike at any station. Listen for the sound to confirm that it has been secured and check the bike screen for the “docked bike” indication to appear.
