Warm weekend breaks temperature records in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City has set a new record high temperature for three consecutive days, starting Friday.

On Sunday, SLC topped out at 79°F. Other places around Utah joined in setting new records, here’s the full list of sites that reported new marks:

In Park City on Monday, the high is projected to be 57°F.

Despite the above-average temps, things are expected to cool down on Monday, with precipitation forecasted later in the day.
