Park City Mountain Village will open on Wednesday

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Mountain Village is scheduled to open for skiing and snowboarding on Wednesday, December 1, with terrain off the Payday and First Time lifts.

Vail Resorts opened up the Canyons Village side of Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) on Sunday.

“The resort will continue to make snow at every opportunity and open new areas of terrain as conditions allow,” the company said in a press release.

Reminder: Face coverings are required indoors at PCMR. They are not required outdoors. Guests 12 and older have to show proof of vaccination to dine at indoor, on-mountain restaurants, like Red Pine Lodge.

PCMR is part of the Epic Pass.

The resort was initially scheduled to open on November 19 but delayed those plans due to warm weather.
