Calls For Service: Police and Sheriff logs

Calls for service to the Park City Police Department (PCPD) and the Summit County Sheriff Department (SCSD) for the week of November 22 – 28.

MONDAY: 

SCSD – In Pinebrook, a caller stated that she had jewelry taken from her residence. 

SCSD – In the Summit County town of Peoa, deputies made telephonic contact with a woman who stated that someone had used her credit card, purchased a laptop, and shipped it to a Salt Lake City address.  

SCSD – In the Summit County town of Woodland, three teenage males, one the victim, one the offender, and one an involved party and witness, were in contact with deputies, at night, regarding a recently occurred assault. The aggressor, who is from Oakley, was cited and released for simple assault. 

THURSDAY:

SCSD – In the Highland Estates neighborhood, a woman stated that her uncle walked into her house while she was not there and took unknown items. After speaking with the uncle, he stated that he took paperwork and pictures belonging to him and nothing else. She stated that she did not know what was taken and did not want to make a report of missing items, but wanted her uncle trespassed from the property. The uncle was advised that he was trespassed from the property. 

FRIDAY:

SCSD – Summit Self Storage on Rasmussen Rd., a man stated he showed up to get some items out of his unit and noticed the lock had been broken off and laying on the ground. He added that he was missing multiple items and that this is the second time within five years that it has been broken into. 

SCSD – At the community parking lot mailboxes on Silver Creek Dr., a deputy was dispatched to a reported theft. It appeared someone forced entry into the secure part of the dwelling through one of the parcel lockers. It’s unknown what was taken at this time. The surveillance cameras on site are not operational. There are no suspects in the case.

SUNDAY:

SCSD – In Coalville, deputies responded to a trespassing incident. A woman stated that a Las Vegas woman in her 40s was parked in her driveway. The woman was located in her vehicle in the driveway of the residence that she had previously been trespassed from. The woman had removed a car full of personal items and strewn them around the driveway as well as the road. She was taken into custody and all her property was loaded into her vehicle which was towed. She was booked in for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
