Semi-truck goes off road on I-215

SALT LAKE CITY — There was an accident involving a semi-truck on I-215 Northbound to I-80 Westbound.

According to the Salt Lake City Fire Department, the driver self-extricated and there are no injuries.

The Fire Department said to avoid the area, including I-80 Eastbound to I-215 Southbound. At the time of the accident, there were heavy backups.
