HEBER CITY, Utah. — The Heber City Police Department is giving away free gun locks to anyone who wants one. The most important responsibility of a gun owner is firearm safety and security when children are present. To obtain free gun locks, please visit the Heber City Police Department at 301 South Main, Heber City, at any time during business hours until supplies run out.
