Park City Special Counsel, Margaret Plane, Appointed to State Court of Appeals

PARK CITY, Utah. — After serving over a year and a half as Park City’s Special Counsel, Gov. Gary Herbert appointed Margaret Plane to the Utah State Court of Appeals. According to Plane’s LinkedIn profile, she earned her J.D. at the University of Utah’s Quinney School of Law and served as Salt Lake City’s Special Counsel for 12 years before moving on to Park City.

If confirmed, her role as a judge in the Utah State Court of Appeals would entail hearings related to juvenile and district courts.
