Summit County officials are discussing a proposed expansion of the Pioneer Pipeline, a refined-fuel line between Sinclair, Wyoming, and Salt Lake City. An existing pipeline easement crosses the county-owned 910 Ranch, while an alternative route along Interstate 80 has also been discussed.
