Call for Artists – Create PC Holiday Makers Market and the Silly Holiday Bazaar

PARK CITY, Utah — Local artists and makers have two opportunities to showcase and sell their work during the holiday season, with applications due Oct. 23 for the CREATE PC Holiday Makers Market and Nov. 1 for the Silly Holiday Bazaar.
CREATE PC Holiday Makers Market
The CREATE PC Holiday Makers Market opens with a launch party Nov. 20 from 6 to 9 p.m. Participating artists must deliver their work Nov. 12-14, and the market will run through the end of January.
Hosted annually by the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County, the market gives local artists and creatives an opportunity to share their work with residents and visitors.
Storytelling is at the heart of the holiday market, with each piece reflecting the artist’s unique point of view and narrative. CREATE PC aims to foster connections between local artists and the broader community while supporting a community where arts and culture are at its center.
CREATE PC is open Wednesdays through Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. at 1500 Kearns Blvd., Space F110, in Park City. Artist fees range from $75 to $150, plus 17.75% of sales for sales processing.
Silly Holiday Bazaar
The Silly Holiday Bazaar will be held indoors at the Sheraton Park City, 1895 Sidewinder Drive, from Friday, Dec. 11, through Sunday, Dec. 13.
Vendors pay a flat fee of $310, plus a nonrefundable $15 application fee. Unlike a centralized market checkout, artists and sellers are responsible for staffing their booths and completing their own sales.
Vendor spaces are approximately 8 feet by 5 feet. Because the event is indoors, canopies and pop-up frames are not allowed. Organizers encourage vendors to have flexible display plans and bring their own extension cords, power strips and duct tape if they need access to electricity. Festive decor is encouraged.
Applications are due Nov. 1 and are available through the Silly Holiday Bazaar website.
