Before the season began, Miners coach Anthony DiCicco told TownLift that watching the FIFA World Cup over the summer, particularly with matches hosted in the United States, provided invaluable inspiration for student-athletes.

Quinn’s Junction was bustling with sports that evening, including soccer, baseball, ice hockey and mountain biking.
