High Valley Transit to conduct nighttime road work along SR-224

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — High Valley Transit crews will continue paving and construction work along State Route 224 this week, bringing nighttime lane reductions and residential road closures.
Lanes will be reduced nightly at Olympic Parkway from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. as crews work along the roadway.
Crews will also repave SR-224 between Canyons Resort Drive and Silver Springs Drive over the next several days.
Residential road closures along SR-224 will begin Wednesday with Old Ranch Road. Traffic will be detoured to Cutter Lane.
On Friday night, Silver Springs Drive will close at SR-224. Traffic will be detoured to Silver Springs Road.
During the day, crews will also repave the intersection of Deer Valley Drive and Park Avenue.
High Valley Transit is developing the Bus Rapid Transit project to improve transit service along the SR-224 corridor between Park City and Kimball Junction.
Drivers traveling through the area should expect delays and follow posted detours and construction signage.
