PARK CITY, Utah — Park City’s Fourth of July parade brought a full holiday crowd to Historic Main Street on Saturday, July 4, with floats, music, first responders, local organizations, kids, families and plenty of red, white, and blue.

The parade began at 11 a.m. as part of Park City’s Independence Day celebration, which also included a morning 5K fun run, games and gathering in City Park, and an evening drone show at Park City Mountain.

This year’s parade theme, “250/150: Celebrating Pioneers, Past and Present,” nodded to the nation’s 250th anniversary and Park City’s own mining and mountain-town history.

For many in Park City, the parade remains a familiar Fourth of July tradition, drawing neighbors, families and visitors to Main Street for a shared holiday morning in Old Town.
