PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Women’s 9-Hole Golf League will celebrate the 30th anniversary of its Rally for a Cure fundraiser on July 28 at the Park City Golf Club.
The annual event raises money for women’s health services and breast cancer research. Golfers and non-golfers are invited to participate through sponsorships, donations, and an opportunity drawing featuring more than 30 gift baskets and experiences.
Prizes include spa treatments, picnic packages, and rounds of golf at Promontory, Canyons, ParOne at Skyridge, and other public and private courses. Opportunity drawing entries begin at $5.

Corporate sponsorships begin at $400 and include signage at tee boxes throughout the course. Individual sponsorships are available for $250. Supporters may also purchase “Hands of Hope” in honor or memory of people affected by cancer.
Last year’s Rally for a Cure raised more than $22,000 for organizations including People’s Health Clinic, Image Reborn, and breast cancer research programs at Huntsman Cancer Institute, according to event organizers.

The fundraiser and the league have experienced significant growth in recent years. TownLift reported that the league had more than 165 members in 2021, when the event had raised more than $5,000 the previous year. By 2024, membership had climbed above 260, and the fundraiser had brought in $13,000 the year before. The league reported more than 350 members in 2025 and raised $22,000 at last year’s event.
The Park City Women’s 9-Hole Golf League now has more than 370 members and is the largest women’s nine-hole golf league in Utah, organizers said.
