UDOT: US-40 ramp to westbound I-80 closed Tuesday for surface repairs

Drivers should use the Silver Creek Road on-ramp to westbound I-80 and expect delays.

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The Utah Department of Transportation is warning drivers of a ramp closure Tuesday on the US-40 flyover to westbound I-80.

The flyover ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, while crews complete road surface repairs, according to UDOT Wasatch Back.

Drivers headed to westbound I-80 should exit at Silver Creek and use the on-ramp to westbound I-80 from Silver Creek Road.

UDOT said drivers should expect delays in the area during the closure.
