One dead, two critically injured in I-80 rollover near Coalville

Utah Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the Sunday crash
COALVILLE, Utah — One person died, and two others were critically injured Sunday after an SUV left Interstate 80 and overturned near Coalville, according to the Utah Department of Public Safety.
The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. on May 31 near milepost 158. A Nissan Rogue was traveling westbound when it left the roadway, overturned, and struck a concrete irrigation ditch, DPS said.
The front-seat passenger died at the scene. The driver and a rear-seat passenger were transported with critical injuries.
Troopers are investigating what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway. All travel lanes in the area have reopened.
