Overturned semi blocks westbound I-80 east of Silver Creek

PARK CITY, Utah — Westbound I-80 is closed near Silver Creek east of Park City after a semi-truck rolled over Wednesday afternoon, blocking all lanes of traffic.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred near milepost 147 on westbound I-80. Emergency crews and a heavy-duty wrecker are on scene working to clear the overturned truck. There were no injuries.
Lt. Zach Randall with UHP said the semi is leaking food-grade juice concentrate onto the roadway. He said crews expect to reopen one westbound lane shortly while recovery efforts continue.
Motorists should expect major delays and are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
Utah Department of Transportation recommends using State Route 32 or Interstate 84 as alternate routes while the closure remains in effect.
The cause of the crash was not reported have not been released.
