PARK CITY, Utah — Charlie, a lab-hound mix at Fetch Cares, is this month’s featured adoptable pet, and he sounds like quite the character.

Described as a gentleman with just the right amount of comic sense, Charlie is known for keeping a close eye on mealtime. If dinner is running late, he is more than happy to offer a reminder — and maybe a little song, too.

Charlie came to Fetch Cares a few months ago after being abandoned and living in poor conditions. Since then, he has recovered beautifully and is now a happy, affectionate dog ready for a second chance.
