Summit Sotheby’s International Realty advisors named among Top 100 worldwide
PARK CITY, Utah — Three Global Real Estate Advisors with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty have been recognized among the Top 100 Sotheby’s International Realty agents worldwide for 2025, the company announced Monday.
Sheila Hall, Michael LaPay and Caren McClelland were honored for exceptional sales performance and client service within the brand’s global network, which includes more than 26,100 sales associates across 1,100 offices in 84 countries and territories. The agents were celebrated at an event in New York City hosted by Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Philip White.
Hall, a consistent top producer and a leading figure in Utah’s resort and new-development markets, earned the distinction for the third time. She also serves as the listing agent for Deer Valley Resort’s East Village development, represented exclusively by Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
LaPay, a four-time repeat Top 100 Sotheby’s Worldwide honoree, brings 45 years of Park City expertise and a lifelong connection to its mountain lifestyle. Serving clients at every price point, and remains one of Summit Sotheby’s top-producing agents.
McClelland, recognized among the Top 100 for the second consecutive year, has more than 20 years of experience in the Park City region. She currently serves as director of sales at Victory Ranch, a 6,250-acre private community near Park City, where she is known for relationship-driven client service and long-term market expertise.
