PARK CITY, Utah – Junction Commons will host this year’s Small Business Saturday holiday maker’s market on Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Suite C100. In partnership with the Arts Council of Park City & Summit County (PCSCarts), the event will showcase regional creatives, artists, and makers in a festive community gathering highlighting local talent and craftsmanship.

Over 30 makers to showcase unique wares

“With over 30 artists and makers being showcased, our customers will be able to find something for everyone on their list, even their furry friends,” said Abby Phillips, marketing and specialty leasing manager. “This is such a great way for the community to come together to celebrate small businesses and meet new brands that just may become a favorite for years to come.”

The market will include fine art, jewelry, handcrafted home décor, textiles, and more, with participants traveling from 14 cities. Four of the artists — Johnny Adolphson, Elissa Sabbo, Morgan McCue, and Lauren Nadler — will also feature their work in PCSC Arts’ holiday market at the Create PC gallery from Nov. 22 through Jan. 25.

Celebrating Small Business Saturday on a bustling weekend

Phillips noted the weekend is typically one of the busiest at Junction Commons, attracting up to 12,000 customers during Black Friday. “Junction Commons typically sees upwards of 12,000 customers on the Black Friday weekend, and we want to be able to share that with our regional artists looking to make new connections,” she said.

Featured makers include Emily Demke, Shay Blackley, Yarden Yamin, Amy Jacobs, Kristen Frailey, Krystal Myers, Sara Mohrman, Leidy Camacho, Jim Sheeran, Misty Packer, Karina Osorio, Andy Bourne, Lauren Nadler, Paxton Juhlin, Jessica Welch, Shay Curtis, Rylee Olsen, Ryan Battersby, Ida Sapp, Ivy Watrous, Paxton Rose, Kenny Tilney, and Cynthia Ponce.
