$10k luxury ski pass takes exclusivity to new heights

JACKSON, Wyoming – Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has unveiled an exclusive new pass, offering premium perks and early-morning access to first tracks on the mountain’s north side. Priced at $10,000 per individual for the season, the Solitude Station Access Pass aims to elevate the skiing experience for people seeking added convenience and exclusivity.

Details of the pass as reported by Buckrail, were shared in an email to pass holders. It includes early access to the Solitude Station lounge—located at the Sweetwater Gondola mid-station—starting at 7:45 a.m. The $10,000 pass also gets you dedicated gear storage and personalized service from a lounge concierge throughout the season.

Pricing options, Jackson Hole resort officials said, cater to different group sizes, with individual passes priced at $10,000, couples’ passes at $15,000, and family passes for four at $20,000. Additional family members can be added for $2,500 each. This premium offering is designed for those looking to combine first-class amenities with their mountain adventure.

The pass also features daily continental breakfast and a private access gate at the mid-station, allowing skiers and riders to reach the Casper Restaurant ahead of the general public. From there, Solitude Station Access Passholders can hit the slopes as soon as Ski Patrol gives the green light for the day’s opening.

A daily Solitude Station Access Pass costs $750 on peak ski days and $500 for non-peak days, according to the resort’s website. Weekly access passes will set you back $4,500 during peak weeks and $3,000 during the other weeks.

The Cowboy State Daily polled Wyoming ski shop owners who said they’re surprised a season pass could cost that much even for Jackson, the wealthiest county in America.

Patrick Coffey, manager of Fast Haus Ski and Bike in Laramie told Cowboy State Daily, if the Solitude Station Access season pass was going “to work anywhere, it’s going to work there.”
