PAKR CITY, Utah — The Girl Winter Film Tour, presented by Stio, is bringing a night of women-centric skiing and snowboarding films to theaters nationwide this fall, following its world premiere in Jackson, Wyoming, on Oct. 26, 2024. The tour’s second stop is the Jim Santy Auditorium in Park City on Oct. 28

Fresh off the success of their 2023 feature-length film “Advice for Girls,” the team is back with a new offering featuring a selection of brand-new, high-quality short films from both the “Advice for Girls” collective and the broader creative community.

The tour promises a diverse range of films, reflecting the spirit of a “girl dinner” with its variety of “yummy small bites and your favorite snacks.” According to the press release, the films will showcase “rad skiing, deep storytelling, and good humor.”

Each screening will feature six or more films and a Q&A with the athletes and filmmakers. The event aims to continue the celebration of women in snow sports and provide a space for it.

The lineup boasts appearances from Olympians and pro skiers such as Devin Logan (Park City, UT-based), Caroline Claire, Amie Engerbretson, Jac Pollard (Sandy, UT born), Sierra Schlag (Park City, UT raised), and Erin Spong, with more names to be announced.
