Marsac retaining wall construction to impact parking for coming weeks

Work to impact area outside parking gates near City Hall, relocate EV chargers

PARK CITY, Utah — Starting today, Monday, Oct. 7, the top level of the parking lot on Marsac near City Hall will close for replacement of a retaining wall. The closure will impact the area outside the parking gates, where 2-hour parking and EV chargers are normally located. Construction will continue through the next few weeks with the goal of finishing before winter hits.

Those requiring ADA access will be redirected to the North Marsac Parking Lot. Visitors can still access the South (Main) Entrance via the stairway from the lower levels of China Bridge. EV chargers will be temporarily relocated to China Bridge Level N2.

The construction project will involve traffic control on Marsac Avenue. Pedestrians and motorists are advised to exercise caution and stay clear of construction fencing.
