Law enforcement to hold training drill at Canyons Village Sept. 24

PARK CITY, Utah — Police and other first responders will be participating in a full-scale emergency training exercise at Canyons Village from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 24.

The Summit County Sheriff’s Office says that residents and visitors should not be alarmed by the increased presence of law enforcement during the training, which is solely a drill.

The goal of the exercise is to enhance preparedness for real emergencies.
