Loma brings modern Italian flair to Lower Main Street
PARK CITY, Utah – LOMA, the newest culinary venture from Meisha and Adam Ross, just lit up Park City’s Lower Main Street with its chic take on Italian fare. Fresh off a successful soft opening, LOMA is ready to impress with house-made pastas, wood-fired delights, and a Mediterranean twist that will make your taste buds sing. With a focus on sustainability and local ingredients, the Ross duo is expanding their culinary reach and is thrilled to welcome guests to their new venture.
“We are incredibly excited to open LOMA,” co-owner Meisha Ross said. “The Park City community has been so supportive of Twisted Fern; we look forward to expanding our offerings in Park City.”
Located at 900 Main Street on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. It’s name, for those curious, combines the first two letters and gives a nod to it’s home on Lower Main, Ross explained. LOMA will serve dinner seven nights a week and have brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Housemade pastas, seasonal specialities and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into the simplicity, freshness and quality ingredients found in both Italian and Mediterranean seasonally relevant dishes.

“We wanted to honor where Italian influence meets the Mediterranean influence to highlight and to pick up on the freshness that you typically see in that region of the world and honor how those flavors blend together,” Meisha Ross said.
Their wines and cocktails will draw from Mediterranean influences as well featuring selections from Italy, Spain and France.
For the interior design concept Ross said they worked with local interior design agency, Rooted to create a unique dining experience.
“We wanted to really provide a different interior experience than what you find at Twisted Fern,” Ross said. “Twisted fern is a little bit more feminine and floral. And with Loma, we wanted to go a little bit more masculine and just lean a little bit more on darkness.”
LOMA is the second restaurant venture for Adam and Meisha Ross joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices. In addition, Executive Chef Jared Krom joins Adam in back of house leadership including menu development, culinary execution and oversight at both LOMA and Twisted Fern. Reservations are recommended.
