Summit County Attorney’s Office seeks witness in Peoa auto-cyclist crash
SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The Summit County Attorney’s Office is searching for the individual that witnessed a collision in Peoa late last month.
According to a statement from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, a car struck a cyclist on SR-32 near milepost 21 in Peoa on June 26 at around 9:15 a.m.
A man driving a tan or gold mid-sized pickup truck in the oncoming lane witnessed the accident and stopped to check on the injured cyclist, however, he departed without leaving his contact information.
The Summit County Attorney’s Office is interested in speaking with this witness, and has asked the public for any information that would help identify him.
