Red, white, and BBQ: Celebrate July 4th with Park City’s best eats
PARK CITY, Utah — This Fourth of July weekend, members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) are welcoming guests to celebrate America’s birthday with a range of hotel BBQs, live music, a beer garden, and festive holiday dining and event offerings.
At the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant, guests can enjoy an Independence Day BBQ from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event features a prix-fixe menu curated by Executive Chef Senthil, including traditional barbecue favorites, Bavarian-inspired dishes, and perfectly smoked meats. Local Park City talent will provide live music amidst charming alpine surroundings. Reservations are available on OpenTable, with prices set at $75 for adults and $35 for children 12 and under.
Hearth and Hill will serve Fourth of July specials all day, including Alaskan halibut fish and chips for $24, and buffalo or garlic parmesan wings priced at $16 for six pieces and $22 for twelve pieces.
Montage Deer Valley offers a Beer Garden with local brews and live music at the Alpine Pool from 2-5 p.m. Additionally, Compass Adventure Guides will host an axe-throwing experience, and families can enjoy an interactive animal show and festive face painting from 2-4 p.m.
Stein Eriksen Lodge is hosting a Fourth of July BBQ on The Glitretind Deck from 5-8 p.m. The event features a feast of barbecued meats, backyard summer favorites, and decadent desserts. The cost is $87 for adults and $25 for children aged 5 to 12. Reservations can be made by calling (435) 645-6455.
The lodge also offers an Extended Stay Special, allowing guests to receive the third night free for stays between June 28 and July 7, 2024. Bookings can be made by calling (888) 282-3739.
