Park City’s SheMoney announces inaugural Money Matters Summit in Salt Lake City

PARK CITY, Utah — SheMoney, known for its commitment to empowering women financially, will host the Money Matters Summit at the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City. The event kicks off on the evening of June 6 and continues with a full day of activities on June 7.

The summit will feature 14 notable speakers, including Rosie Rios, the 43rd Treasurer of the United States, whose signature is on $1.2 trillion of U.S. currency; Jacki Zehner, the first female trader to become a pre-IPO partner at Goldman Sachs; and Joline Godfrey, an author and educator specializing in financial literacy for children.

Centered around the theme “Money Matters,” the summit will offer attendees thought-provoking discussions and performances by local talents in poetry, music, film, and “money monologues.” The experiences are designed to highlight the complex and interwoven role money plays in our lives.

Despite Utah’s strong business climate, the state lags in gender equity, with a significant gender pay gap and underrepresentation of women in executive roles. The SheMoney Summit aims to equip attendees with tools and insights needed to advance their personal financial journey, supported by a community that is passionate about financial well-being.

The event is designed for women by women, although all are welcome. Prices to attend cost $349 per person. SheMoney also offers an Employee Wellness Sponsorship Package for companies looking to enhance the financial well-being of their employees, available for groups of five or more. Scholarships are available to cover the full price of the ticket.

Register for the SheMoney Summit today and explore SheMoney for additional details on the company.
