Paint the town: Summer color run returns on June 8

Basin Rec's colorful 5K, 1-mile run, and 100-yard dash will take place at Willow Creek Park

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — It’s time to StART summer with the 2024 StART of Summer Color Run on June 8. Basin Rec hosts this event at Willow Creek Park, which will feature a 5K, 1-mile run, and 100-yard dash. Powdered paint stations provide entertainment for kids.

The 5k event begins at 9 a.m., the 1-mile run begins at 10 a.m., and the 100-yard dash event (for ages 4 and under) begins at 10:30 a.m. Tickets are $15 per person or $50 per family, and kids 4 and under are free.
