County seeks community input on Eastern Summit County’s future

Public meetings on June 4 and June 18 to discuss land use and development plans

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — Summit County is hosting two public meetings to gather community input on the future of land use and development in Eastern Summit County.

The public meetings, which will focus on the Eastern Summit County General Plan, will be held at the Ledges Event Center on June 4 at 6 p.m. and the Kamas Library on June 18 at 6 p.m.

The General Plan is a comprehensive plan that addresses the present and future needs of the community and is used to guide land use decisions by the planning commission, county council, and county staff.
