The NOAA forecasted that 44 inches of snow are expected to fall in the area through Tuesday night
SNOWBIRD, Utah — Snowbird will be open to skiers May 6-7 thanks to a significant storm.
The resort plans to operate the Tram, Peruvian Express, Peruvian Tunnel, Mineral Basin Express and Little Cloud lifts, weather conditions permitting, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.
The resort’s spring hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will go into effect May 8. Find Snowbird’s full mountain report here.
