Sculpting bonds, vibes, and bods: PC Yoga Collective’s Kelley Sandahl

PARK CITY, Utah — Kelley Sandahl’s journey into the world of yoga began over 20 years ago with sporadic classes. However, it wasn’t until she moved to Park City that her passion truly ignited. Daily classes and a desire to connect with her community led her to pursue yoga teacher training despite her initial fears of standing in front of a class and instructing. To her surprise, she found a newfound love for guiding others through their practice.

Specializing in PC Yoga Collective’s Sculpt class, Sandahl’s teaching style blends yoga, weights, and cardio to the beat of energetic music. Beyond physical fitness, Sculpt offers mindfulness and a supportive environment.

“[Sculpt] is curated to bring you into your flowstate, the present moment, and it’s so much more than a fitness class,” she said. It’s an incredible workout along with mindfulness, a savasana, and the best people I know encouraging you and supporting you to keep going.”

She encourages beginners to step into the studio, assuring them that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.

“The hardest part is walking through the door of the studio for the first time. Get uncomfortable, walk through the door, try something new, it might change your entire world. You don’t have to be flexible or have any experience, you just have to be you. The studio is a safe space to be your true authentic self.”

Drawing inspiration from the community around her, she finds magic in the human connections forged within the studio walls. PC Yoga Collective stands out as a supportive space where individuals are encouraged to be themselves and grow.

Sandahl’s journey into the Park City community began in 2015 when she, her husband, and their two children relocated from Kenai, Alaska.

Entranced by Park City’s outdoor lifestyle, they found a home where she could pursue her passion for yoga and community. Today, she continues to illuminate the path for others, guiding them toward self-discovery and inner peace through yoga.
