SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The Summit County Clerk’s Office has issued a warning to residents about a scam involving text messages related to voter registration. According to officials, the fraudulent text claims to offer a quick, under 2-minute voter registration process but contains a link that could potentially install malware on the recipient’s device.
