Business University’s Scale to Sale workshop: a roadmap for business growth

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Chamber & Visitors Bureau and The Referral Community will host February’s workshop for its Park City Business University, Scale to Sale for business owners, on Feb. 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Intermountain Park City Hospital’s Blair Education Center.

The Scale to Sale workshop (and all Business University workshops) is free to Chamber and non-Chamber members; registration is required.

“Business University is a monthly event where we cover different pillars in business designed to help people take away some things they can implement in their business today to help them this week or month,” said Matt Gibbons with the Murray Area Chamber of Commerce.

This 90-minute workshop, designed for members of the Park City Chamber & Visitors Bureau, will cover key topics such as marketing strategies, leadership, sales lead generation, and how to use the Power Scale to achieve business success.

Attendees will learn how to transform their business into a true asset that thrives independently by implementing the proven concepts of the Freedom Funnel.

The workshop will also cover the importance of setting realistic goals, aligning marketing efforts, managing your sales team, and maintaining a healthy budget.

“This month, specifically, we’re talking about the ability to do what you need to scale your business to become either an owner, a passive owner, or sell your business,” Gibbons said. “We’ll determine at what level they’re on; are they on the hamster wheel just running, trying to run their business? Do they have some systems in place? Do they have a team in place? Can they scale, or do they have some work to do?”

The Scale to Sale workshop is part of the ongoing professional development series offered by the Park City Chamber & Visitors Bureau and The Referral Community. Other upcoming workshops in the series will focus on key topics such as financial literacy, business strategy, and sales presentation.
