UDOT closes mountain routes and says avoid travel tonight

PARK CITY, Utah — The Utah Department of Transportation has plans to close the following mountain routes in anticipation of avalanche danger tonight.

The National Weather service says to expect 11 to 17 inches tonight and another 5 to 9 inches tomorrow with 37 MPH winds.
At 6:00pm Jan 13. Park City Fire District responded to a multi car accident on 224 and Olympic Pkwy. No injuries were reported but the PCFD is advising drivers to please drive careful and stay safe during these snow storms.
