Marcella’s Tiger Woods golf course begins taking shape

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — Marcella Club is making progress with Tiger Woods and TGR Design® creating an 18-hole championship golf course.

Marcella has cleared all 18 holes, breaking ground on the first five holes, with grading to begin soon on the next four holes.

The course spans over 8,000 yards to make it one of the longest in the state. It is on schedule to be completed in 2025 and will mark Woods’ first mountain course. Marcella at Deer Valley is the only private ski community with access to a golf membership in the Park City area.

“The course is setting up to be spectacular. Marcella is more than a championship golf course; it’s an experience,” said Woods.

This development is part of Deer Valley Resort’s significant expansion, including 140 ski-in-ski-out homesites and a ski village, the first of its kind in the U.S. since 1981.

Jared Lucero of Reef Capital Partners noted, “Marcella is designed for luxury. Paired with Deer Valley’s legacy, it offers an unprecedented luxury experience.”

Woods shared this video on Instagram highlighting the course and unique partnership.
