JW Bennett unveils new collaboration celebrating Western beauty
PARK CITY, Utah — In a distinctive partnership, The Cloudveil hotel in Jackson, Wyoming, teamed up with renowned hatmaker JW Bennett to create The Cloudveil Collection. Launched on July 1, the collab features a custom hat, beaded hatbands, and a cairn hatpin. As Jackson and Park City are kindred spirits, this collection is right at home amongst Park City’s trails, aspens, and mountains.
Sarah Kjorstad, the founder of JW Bennett and a Wyoming native, found inspiration in The Cloudveil’s sleek, mountain-modern design and its connection to the local landscape.
The hatbands showcase hand-loomed glass beads and sustainable elk leather ties. One band draws inspiration from the Cloudveil’s lobby wall, mirroring the texture of aspen tree bark, while the other pays homage to the Cloudveil Dome in the Teton Range.
The cairn hatpin, an emblem of The Cloudveil, represents stacked stones used by hikers as trail markers. It ensures travelers never lose their way.
Guests can customize their handcrafted Cloudveil hats at JW Bennett’s shop at 364 Main Street, Park City.
The Cloudveil Collection, a testament to artistry and local culture, is available for purchase in-store and online. It’s an opportunity to take home a piece of Western heritage in the form of hand-crafted hats and accessories.
