SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The South Summit Fire District gave a trapped cow a much needed boost on February 11.
According to a statement from the SSFD, the cow was trapped in the snow unable to get out of a creek bed on her own.
“It seems the Betsy here stayed out a little too late last night,” said a statement from the SSFD. “She couldn’t quite get out of the the creek bed on her own. (Many of us have been there). Some of the boys from South Summit Fire were called to give her a boost up the embankment. Love this department. You never know what you’re going to be doing next.”
