Chamber seeks feedback from local business owners, frontline employees, and managers in new survey

PARK CITY, Utah — Today, the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau (PCCVB) launched its Summit County Business Survey in partnership with RRC Associates to obtain feedback from members, local business owners, and employees. The PCCVB encourages participants to complete the survey by February 24, 2023.

“We’re always looking for ways to better serve our members, stakeholders, and the entire community, and therefore, we value feedback and suggestions,” said Jennifer Wesselhoff, President and CEO of Park City Chamber & Visitors Bureau. “The Summit County Business Survey allows us to garner important information on programs, priorities, and issues facing our business community and  serves as our guidepost for future programs, member benefits, and more.”

Survey responders can also opt in to be entered into a prize drawing to win a $100 gift card.

To better serve Park City and its surrounding communities, PCCVB seeks feedback from business owners, senior leadership, managers, and frontline employees in the following areas:

  • Membership benefits and resources

  • Additional membership benefits not currently available

  • Communication preference

  • Seminars, training, and events

  • Advocacy efforts

  • Housing challenges

  • Tourism in relation to business revenue

Findings and results from the survey will inform future programming, member benefits, and advocacy efforts for the Summit County business community.
