Park City Curling Club winter 101 classes quickly selling out
PARK CITY, Utah — Sign up for the wildly popular, one remaining Learn to Curl class at the Park City Ice Arena with the Park City Curling Club, but do so fast, as two out of three are sold out, and pre-registration is required.
- December 26, sold out
- January 16, Dr. Martin Luther King Day, sold out
- February 20, President’s Day, spaces available
The classes, held on Monday nights from 8-10 p.m., cost $50 per adult.
Participants learn the basics of curling and play a game. Curling equipment, helmets, and instructors are provided.
Participants need clean sneakers to try to keep dirt off the ice and warm, loose clothing like jackets, sweaters, hats, and gloves.
The Park City Curling Club has three primary missions, as stated, in order, on its website:
- Promote and support curling in Park City
- Establish and maintain regular play
- Have a lot of fun at all times
