Summit County launches interactive map tracking 96 road construction projects

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — They say nothing except death and taxes are certain. We want to suggest a friendly amendment of ‘nothing is certain except death, taxes, and summer road work.’ Summit County has 96 road projects on its docket for the summer of 2022, and we are sure you have seen them hard at work, been stuck in traffic, or re-routed with all the projects underway. The Summit County Engineering Department created an ArcGIS interactive map to allow residents to view all contracted road projects happening this summer and their current status. The map is updated every Thursday evening with the most up-to-date information.
