Summit County Fair seeking artist submissions

PARK CITY, Utah. – The Summit County Fair is accepting submissions for this year’s Fine Arts Exhibit at the Ledges Event Center. The Fine Arts Exhibit is an opportunity for local artists to showcase their creative work.

The county fair’s Fine Art Exhibit is scheduled for August 11, 12, and 13. Entry is open to artists of all ages currently living in Summit County.

Entry classes include professional, semi-professional, amateur, senior citizen, and youth. Categories include photography, oil/acrylic painting, watercolor, graphic arts, sculpture, pottery, glass, and metal. Adult and youth grades 9-12 candidates are eligible for awards, including ribbons and cash prizes.

Drop off entries at the Summit County Information Office in the Summit County Courthouse or the Kimball Junction Library from July 1 through July 31. Or at the Summit County Fair Fine Arts Show at the Fairgrounds on August 9 between 4:00 and 7:00 pm.
