Wasatch County open house will discuss potential partnership with High Valley Transit

WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — Wasatch County is hosting an open house on Tuesday, June 7 to discuss a potential partnership with High Valley Transit, Summit County’s free transportation service that launched last year.

The event will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wasatch County Senior Center. The presentation will center around a proposed bus route between Heber City and Park City, along with possible microtransit services in the Heber Valley.

A transit study found that “there is likely to be significant demand for transit service” between the two counties. It said that roughly 4,000 Wasatch County residents travel to Summit County for work.
