I-80 returns to normal traffic flow

SALT LAKE CITY — All lanes on I-80 between 700 East and Foothill Drive were set to be closed on Sunday until 1 p.m. but reopened early on Saturday night thanks to quick work by the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT).

Crews were replacing the 1700 East bridge over I-80. The bridge is scheduled to open on Monday morning.
