SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is reporting that Interstate Highway 80 remains closed, in both directions, for a second straight day due to inclement weather at the border area of Utah and Wyoming.
The estimated time of reopening is unknown.
