SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah. — Today is the projected final day that the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices in Coalville and in Kamas will be closed due to staffing shortages.
People have patiently been waiting in lines, sometimes out the door, at Park City’s DMV office which has been efficiently taking on the overflow business since Oct. 11 when these closures began.
Car inspections and title issues are handled in Park City while the closest Drivers Licence Divison is located in Heber.
