Canceled: Red Desert Ensemble at the Summit Community Gardens

PARK CITY, Utah — UPDATE: This event has been canceled.

Summit Community Gardens is hosting the Red Desert Ensemble for their Interactive Music in the Garden event on Thursday, September 16 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Red Desert, made up of clarinetist Katie Porter and percussionist/composter Devin Maxwell, recently finished a tour of Europe.

The band plays a set of immersive works of the avante-garde, including a giant percussion piece that encourages audience participation on gongs, cymbals, and drums.

The event is free. Summit Community Gardens wants those interested to sign up online here.
