Farmer’s Market Spotlight: Twig and Branch Gardens

Emily and Robert Gilmore, founders of Twig & Branch Gardens, are on a mission to turn idle urban settings into productive organic growing spaces. They began the execution of their vision during the pandemic. Now the Salt Lake-based urban garden is producing in abundance and has transformed the area from concrete and grass to an edible landscape.

Robert explains why they enjoy selling their goods at the Park City Farmer’s Market, “People are more willing to try new things. They stop and say hello, and they seem health-conscious.”

Emily adds, “I like the friendly atmosphere and the added bonus of being in the mountains.”
