SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah. — After raining for hours, at 10: 33 pm on Saturday, the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Parley’s Canyon Fire burn scar.
The fire started on the highway onto which natural debris could slide.
The order was for the time period of 10:59 to 11:59 pm on Saturday.
