FedEx driver caused Wednesday power outage in Kimball Junction

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — According to ABC4, a FedEx tractor-trailer was cited after striking a power pole near Kimball Junction and fleeing the scene.
Shortly before 9 pm on Wednesday, power was knocked out throughout the area.
According to authorities, deputies were called to the Chevron parking lot for a hit-and-run.
Power lines also fell onto another vehicle, causing minor damage.
The driver was specifically cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
